Terms and Conditions
- PG Graphic Design is owned by Paul Goodman, ABN No.12 823 133 219
- PG Graphic Design standard working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
- If required to work outside these hours for any reason a rush fee of 100% will be charged, no exceptions.
- PG Graphic Design currently charges $100 per hour plus GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. This is for design time only, all extras including stock photography, additional materials or services and printing will be charged at a pre-arranged cost.
- PG Graphic Design charges will be based on 15 min increments.
- A minimum charge of $25 (15 mins) will apply to any work undertaken, whatever that may be.
- Any projects over $1000 will require a 25% deposit.
- All payments are due within 14 days of date of invoice.
- Payments can be made by direct deposit or cheque.
- Turn around times will be based on current workload and schedules.
- Copyright of all designs, concepts, ideas, proofs and/or any work undertaken by PG Graphic Design remains the sole copyright of PG Graphic Design until all outstanding monies have been paid.
- Once the client signs off a job any errors or omissions are the responsibility of the client. PG Graphic Design will not wear the cost of any reprints or corrections.
- It is the client’s responsibility to check any document they supply to us for errors or omissions. We can only work with what we are supplied with, and accept no responsibility for incorrect files. We advise clients check all final proofs carefully…
- All print jobs over $500 will require payment in advance.
- Although we use a range of select printers, we cannot be held responsible for the result of the final printed product supplied. If colour is of utmost importance then a colour proof should be requested, but this may extend production time and incur additional costs.
- All delivery charges are based on location – minimum delivery charge is $25 outside a 15km area. Delivery times are subject workload and schedules.
- Some website costs are required upfront – for more details please contact us.
- All work will be held on our system for a period of 3 months after which this work will be archived. A charge of $15.00 will be applied to un-archive any work.
- By agreeing to PG Graphic Design undertaking any work you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out in this document.
